Sharon Kessler's Lab at Purdue University is interested in how cells communicate with each other with a focus on the female control of plant reproduction.  We use genetics, cell and molecular biology, microscopy, and biochemistry to learn more about intercellular communication during plant reproductive development (Plant SEX!!!)
